Create Happiness by Your Own in Daily

 hai fellas,

have you ever feel always being wrong at office or everyone just think you did nothing in a day? The kind of things like distraction or multitasking somehow make you feel exhauted and being down. In several weeks, i just feel really down because always think that i didn't do enough from my work list in office. It also happened because my superior always bring a bad mood in our daily activity. In this blog, I will share what happened if you always feeling down in office and how you create your happiness just to feel sane for your daily life.

1. Breakdown your goals into small achievement

Sometimes, someone only focus on the end goals that even don't know the steps that they should take to achieve that. My friend have said to me, the simplest thing can make you happy is achieve something in your every single day. It will happen if you only focus on what you need to do in a day. You should break down your end goals in to small achievement in every day. I realized that i am good on that but I still can't answer why my time has never been click with my supervisor so being late recognized as my habit. Somehow, I feel bad because I understand how he works, but he can't understand and trust how I work. I think the good point if you work in a team is a TRUST and CONSIDERABLE. It would help to bound with your members.

2. TRUST and CONSIDERABLE

I said before trust and considerable would help you bound with team. It will help people focus on their jobdesc. It doesn't mean your superior left her/his responsibility to your activity but everyone have their own focus and sum up a day in all productivity. You never ring back your laziness and complete all the task with excellent achievement.

3. Don't Ever Compare You With Others in Your Team

You being part in a team as a team player. Team player never have the same ability to achieve the goals. It must be your top mind because compare your self to others just bring you down. At some point, comparing yourself with others directed to correct your self and never give appreciation to yourself. And that is not HEALTHY for your pride and mental health.

There are many things that related to improve your ability and productivity in office. However, you feel insecure for everything that happened to your daily, just trust yourself you are good enough. It is not about fit or not, it is about being persistent to your hard day. One thing that i realized is you worth enough in this field, that mantra will help gain your confidence and do your task mysterically great.
